How It Works

  1. Sign Up: Choose a topic series (4–6 weeks) or a single-session workshop.
  2. Small Groups: Age-based cohorts led by trained facilitators (counsellors/mentors).
  3. Practice: Role-plays, journaling prompts, and take-home tools to use right away.
  4. Check-Ins: Optional one-on-one follow-up and referrals when needed.

We are not a crisis or clinical service. If higher-level care is needed, we’ll help with warm referrals.

β€œHealing starts where honesty feels safe.”
